O’Fallon Apostolic Assembly
Minister's Alliance

Elder Derrick Wayne King - President

God's Mission

As of January 2006, the ministers are required to perform specific duties to prove their passion and commitment concerning his or her calling according to Galatians 6:3-4, For if a man think himself to be something, when he is nothing, he deceiveth himself. But let every man prove his own work, and then shall he have rejoicing in himself alone, and not in another. I strongly believe that more is needed to make a well-rounded minister than preaching talent! I strongly believe that every minister needs to learn and perform on a regular basis the following ordinances:

1. Baptisms
2. Communions
3. Weddings
4. Funerals
5. Memorial Services
6. Call to Discipleship
7. Conducting the worship of giving

The Ministers Alliance is committed to the growth and well being of the Body of Christ. Each minister will be required to work with the Christian Education Department by assisting with teaching the children. II Tim. 3:24, "And the servant of the Lord must not strive: but be gentle unto all men, apt to teach, patient.."

The Ministers Alliance is committed to ministering to the needs of those who are less fortunate. Each minister will be required to work with the Outreach at least once each year performing the following duties which is consistent with the scriptures found in Matthew 25:34-46
